focus w/us ("focus w/us", "we", "us", or "our") is a productivity and focus application and a product of Uluwatu.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the focus w/us mobile application, website, study rooms, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Depending on the features you use, we may process the following categories of information:

If you purchase a subscription or other digital product through Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store processes your payment. We may receive information such as purchase status, subscription status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and entitlement information. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details from those stores.

Device, technical, and usage information

We may process information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, such as IP address, device type, operating-system version, app version, language, timestamps, diagnostic information, crash information, security logs, and interactions with features.

Communications

If you contact us, we may process the information contained in your request and any contact details you provide.

022. How We Use Information

• provide and operate the Service;
• create and manage accounts;
• run timers, tasks, study rooms, shared features, and preferences;

Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten through normal backup cycles.

055. Account and Data Deletion

If the Service allows you to create an account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data through the account-deletion option provided in the app.

Where an external deletion method is available, it may also be provided on our website.

Deleting the app from your device does not by itself delete your account.

If you have an active subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your focus w/us account may not automatically cancel that subscription. You may need to manage or cancel the subscription through the applicable store.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

• request access to your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• request a portable copy of certain data;

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with similar laws, we process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
